I found an item that I would like to purchase but my size is not showing up.
Since our website is in real time, all available sizes are displayed online. Unfortunately, if you do not see your size then we do not have it in stock online. Please feel free to contact any of our stores to see if an item is available. Chances are, one of our stores will have it!
I have ordered the wrong size/item by mistake. Am I able to make changes to my order?
Please send an email to online@shopamericanthreads.com to request changes. Changes can only be made if the item is in stock. You may also cancel at any time and place another order.
I can’t wait for my new clothes! How can I check my order status?
We will send you a tracking number via email when your order ships. You can view on usps.com or ups.com to track your order all the way to your door.
Nevermind, I’d like to cancel my order. How do I cancel?

What do I need to include with my return?
Your unworn, undamaged item, and your original invoice.
How long will it take to receive my refund after I shipped my return?
Within 7 business days after we receive and accept the package.
