How do I return an in-store purchase?
Items purchased in-store must be returned within 21 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds will be issued as follows:
- A full refund will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- If the original card is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Store credit is also issued for purchases made using:
- Cash
- American Threads gift cards
- Split payment methods (e.g., part card, part gift card)
All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.
