Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail for a flat rate charge of $9.
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days after processing and are usually delivered within 5–7 business days after shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays, and our distribution center does not operate during those times. Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, American Threads is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, weather-related disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Free Shipping
Orders over $120 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S.
Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges.
Taxes and gift cards do not count toward the free shipping threshold.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $45.00. Expected delivery time varies between two to four weeks based on location. Tracking is provided via USPS.
For your protection, we require that the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank.
International shipping is not currently available to countries in the UK and Europe.
