WHO YOU ARE:

Every great store experience starts with the right person on the floor. As a Stylist at American Threads, that’s you! You’re the first face a guest sees, the one who makes them feel welcomed the second they walk in, and the person who helps them find exactly what they are looking for – even if they don’t know it yet. 

This is an entry-level opportunity, and it’s one of the most important ones we have. No prior retail experience required– just a genuine love for fashion, a warm personality, and the kind of energy that makes people feel good. If that sounds like you, we want to meet you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Customer Experience & Styling

• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and make the shopping experience feel personal from the moment they walk in
• Help customers find outfits they love – using your knowledge of the product and eye for style to make thoughtful, on-brand suggestions
• Engage in the fitting room experience by checking in, offering alternatives, and building out complete looks that wow
• Stay up to date on the new arrivals, current promotions, and trending styles so you can always speak to what’s new and exciting 
• Contribute to a fun, high-energy store environment where both guests and teammates feel excited to be

Store Operations

• Help keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing throughout your shift
• Assist with restocking, steaming, and maintaining product presentation to American Threads’ standards
• Support opening and closing tasks as directed by your manager
• Follow all American Threads policies and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers and your team

• A love for fashion and natural curiosity about trends, styling, and what makes an outfit work

• Reliability and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• The ability to stay focused and upbeat in a fast-paced, people-first environment
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll teach you the rest
• Must be 17 years of age or older

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours
• Frequent talking, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching throughout the shift
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
