You’re the first smile a guest sees, the person who helps them find the perfect outfit for a night out, date night, or a milestone celebration, and the reason they come back.

This is a role for someone who genuinely loves fashion, loves people, and loves the energy of a great retail floor. You don’t need a resume full of management titles - you need passion, personality, and a willingness to show up and give it your all every shift.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Customer Experience & Styling

• Create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels seen, valued, and excited to be here
• Deliver personalized styling sessions that go beyond pointing to a rack – you’re a trusted style resource for your customers 
• Own your fitting room interactions: make thoughtful approaches, build complete outfits, and offer product suggestions that feel tailored, not pushy
• Use your product knowledge to connect guests with pieces they’ll love and come back for 
• Contribute to store sales goals by delivering exceptional service that naturally drives results

Store Operations

• Support store opening and closing procedures as needed – including register operations, cash handling, and securing the store
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that reflects American Threads’ standards
• Step into the Manager-on-Duty (MOD) role with confidence – supervising the team, ensuring KPI’s are being met and keeping operations running smoothly across all areas of the store
• Follow all American Threads policies and contribute to a safe, positive environment for both customers and your team

• Reliability and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus, but your energy and work ethic matter most 
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
• Must be 18 years of age or older

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours
• Frequent talking, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching throughout the shift
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
