Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders will not be shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Please allow 5-7 business days to receive all standard shipping orders once your order has been shipped. American Threads is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

Please email customer service at email@example.com with your order # and items you wish to return. We will respond back with an authorization code. Please return your items within 30 days of receipt to the address below. Include your authorization code on the outside of the package.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Items damaged upon arrival must be claimed by the recipient in an e-mail within 7 days of delivery.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items purchased online may be returned in store for exchange or store credit only. You may return at any location. Returned items must be accompanied by original invoice.
The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:
• All clearance items.
• Hair accessories.
• All jewelry
• Intimates, bodysuits, tights, or socks.
• All vintage items.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning or exchanging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
However, if you receive merchandise that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will happily refund the return shipping cost to your credit card. Please be sure to include a copy of the shipping receipt with your returned merchandise in order to be reimbursed.

All Vintage items are NON-RETURNABLE.
For our vintage items, which are one of a kind, we do not restock. Sometimes we are able to find similar items. Our non-vintage items can often be re-ordered and restocked, please contact us with any inquiries and we will try to locate your out of stock item.
We keep the vintage items up on the page so customers can see what types of vintage items we sell. We are constantly adding items, but they do sell fast. We do not remove vintage items once they are sold, that way customers can see the vintage we carry.
We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $75. Orders sent by Priority Mail shipping usually arrive within 5-7 days.
