American Threads was born out of the desire to make the effortless, cool-girl style from California accessible to the South. The brand organically developed into a coastal cowgirl aesthetic, the perfect unification of the West Coast and Southern lifestyles.

Since our first women’s clothing boutique opened in Georgia in 2009, the brand presence has disrupted the fashion market in the South, and transformed into a vibrant shopping destination loved across the US. We’ve built a reputation as a go-to shop for wearable trends, elevated basics, and wardrobe-making statement pieces, carefully curated for life’s occasions. With the full-circle relocation of the company’s HQ back to its California roots, brand loyalists now enjoy an all-access pass to emerging trends and enviable styles inspired by the fashion-packed city of Los Angeles.

In addition to our store presence, we’ve built an online community with our Threads Babes, where they can feel free to be themselves. The adventurous and cheeky yet warmhearted tone of the brand resonates with our loyal customers and creates an aspirational appeal for new customers.
